Partner/Spouse Visa
If you are married or in a de facto relationship with an Australian citizen or permanent resident, you can apply for one of three types of visas:
1. Subclass 802/801: This visa is for onshore applicants. Click here for further details

Parent Visa
If you are a parent of an Australian citizen or permanent resident, you can apply for one of the following types of visas:
1. Contributory Parent Visa (Subclass 173/143):
It is an offshore permanent visa, where parents are sponsored by eligible child. Click here for further details.
2. Contributory Aged Parent Visa (Subclass 884/864):
It is an onshore permanent visa, where aged parents are sponsored by eligible child. Click here for further details.
Contributory Parent visa have high visa application fee, but shorter processing time. Other parent visas have low visa application fee, but longer processing time.
3. Aged Parent Visa (Subclass 804): It is an onshore permanent visa lets an aged parent of a settled Australian citizen or permanent resident to stay in Australia. Click here for further details.
4. Parent Visa (Subclass 103): It is an offshore
permanent visa lets the parent of a settled Australian citizen or permanent resident to stay in Australia. Click here for further details.
5. Sponsored Temporary Parent Visa (Subclass 870): Its a temporary visa that lets parents of settled Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident to stay in Australia for 3 or 5 years. Click here for further details.
